We have a special evening planned on the 16th at 6pm as we honor the memory of Butch Keep, who served this church and Congregational Life Committee for many years. Our beloved Pastor Emeritus, Ike Butterworth, has also agreed to speak about his many years of serving as a pastor, including blessings, humor, challenges and predicaments.
The Congregational Life Committee received several monetary memorial gifts in Butch’s memory. Our committee felt that honoring Butch’s memory by providing a special meal to our church family would be a good way to be stewards of those memorial gifts. Because this is a catered meal and free of charge to the congregation, reservations are required. We must have reservations by Friday, SEPTEMBER 11. That is when our final order must be given to the caterer.
